Our BLS and ALS services impact not only the lives of our patients, but their families and communities."Bring Care into your Career" Company Video: Falck USAPosition SummaryResponsible for the strategic and operational management of fleet assets, including oversight of maintenance operations, fleet staff, parts inventory, budget administration, compliance, and performance reporting. Develop and implement fleet initiatives that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, asset utilization, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and continuous improvement.This role is accountable for establishing effective operational controls, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering measurable cost savings through disciplined fleet management, process improvement, and resource optimization.Compensation: Staring at $105,000 (DOE)What We Offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchTraining and Career DevelopmentPaid Time-OffEssential FunctionsMonitor fleet performance through KPIs, maintenance metrics, asset utilization, repair costs, downtime, warranty recovery, fuel consumption, service levels, and budget performance, and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.Establish and maintain internal controls for fleet operations, including maintenance approvals, parts inventory, fuel card usage, vehicle assignment, repair authorization, invoice verification, compliance documentation, and asset tracking.Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities that improve fleet efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and deliver measurable savings without compromising safety, compliance, or service quality.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quality standards, preventive maintenance programs, and control processes to ensure consistent execution and accountability.Use KPI trends and performance data to drive corrective action, continuous improvement, and decision-making across maintenance, procurement, utilization, and vendor management.Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets by forecasting maintenance, fuel, parts, tooling, equipment, and replacement costs; monitoring expenditures; preparing financial reports; and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Oversee fleet administrative functions, ensuring accurate maintenance of vehicle records, registrations, insurance documentation, permits, compliance files, maintenance histories, and fleet management system data.Ensure fleet utilization, vehicle assignments, fuel card administration, repair documentation, maintenance records, invoices, and service histories are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.Additional Performance ExpectationsDeliver ongoing cost savings, productivity improvements, and process efficiencies through data-driven fleet management.Maintain effective control environments to reduce waste, prevent errors, and safeguard company assets.Provide executive leadership with timely KPI reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations for operational and financial improvement.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to track and manage KPIs, measure performance, identify trends, and implement improvement actions.Proven ability to build and enforce operational controls and accountability measures.Experience driving cost savings, expense reduction, and budget discipline in a fleet, maintenance, or operations environment.Ability to use data and reporting tools to support decision-making, performance management, and continuous improvement.Education RequirementsBS/BA in a related fieldMBA PreferredOne or more current ASE certificates in one or more of the following tracks: A-Series, L-Series, or T-Series preferredThis job description is a summary of duties, it is by no means an all-inclusive list but is merely a broad guide of expected duties.Falck is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
