Fleet Manager

Job Summary : Responsible for overseeing the company’s fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective vehicle management

To manage the company’s fleet operations safely, efficiently and costeffectively, ensuring vehicle availability, proper maintenance, drive

performance regulatory compliance and accurate fleet recors.

Key ResponsibilitiManage daily operations and utilization of the company fleet.Plan and monitor vehicle allocation, scheduling and availability

Oversee preventive maintenance, servicing and vehicle repair.

Manage drivers, duty rosters, attendance and performane.

Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and fleet operating cots.

Review maintenance quotations, repair costs and vendor performnce.

Ensure vehicle registration, insurance and other documents are alid.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies antransportation regulations.Manage vehicle accidents, incidents and insurance claims.Maintain accurate fleet, maintenance, fuel and driver records

Prepare monthly fleet performance, cost and utilization report.

Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduoperating costs.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Fleet / Transport / Vehicle Maintenanc

Strong knowledge of Vehicle maintenance and fleet operatios

Strong leadership, communicaton and problem-solving skiWorking Conditions :Mon – Sat (8:30AM – 5:00PM)work beyond office hours if needed for urgent operational issue
