Fleet Manager – Mandarin Speaking

Job Description

Manage and oversee daily fleet and transportation operations.Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and operational readiness.Coordinate with drivers, fleet personnel, branches, DCs, and other operations teams.Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and fleet-related costs.Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other fleet-related concerns.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and services.Ensure all vehicles and fleet-related documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.Prepare and monitor fleet performance reports, KPIs, and operational data.Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve fleet efficiency.Support fleet planning, vehicle allocation, and transportation requirements.Communicate and coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.With relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and fleet management.Experience handling drivers, fleet personnel, and third-party vendors.Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule when required.
