- Manage fleet operations to ensure equipment availability, operational efficiency, and safety.
- Develop preventive maintenance and inspection programs.
- Oversee workshop operations, spare parts inventory, and external maintenance providers.
- Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Investigate breakdowns and accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Establish fleet performance KPIs and manage operating budgets.
- Lead and develop fleet operations and maintenance teams.๐ฅ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ
- Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or logistics.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing heavy trucks, loaders, and forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, workshop management, and spare parts logistics.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
