business groups in appointing an experienced Mobilisation Lead to support a major operational transformation.With a strong presence across construction, infrastructure, heavy equipment, expansion.As part of this transformation, the business is strengthening its heavy equipment and fleet operations, moving towards a more centralised, technology-enabled and KPI-driven operating model.This is an opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of equipment mobilisation, deployment efficiency and field execution while helping establish a more disciplined, responsive and commercially focused fleet operation.The RoleAs Mobilisation Lead, you will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of heavy equipment, machinery, vehicles and operational resources across multiple projects and locations.This is not a traditional fleet administration, logistics or maintenance position.We are seeking a hands-on leader with direct experience managing heavy equipment mobilisation, deployment operations, dispatch coordination and multi-site field execution.You will play a key role in improving fleet utilisation, reducing equipment idle time, strengthening mobilisation governance and ensuring operational resources are deployed safely, efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesHeavy Equipment Mobilisation & DeploymentLead end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of heavy equipment, machinery, operators and associated resources.Oversee equipment allocation, deployment scheduling, dispatch coordination and movement between projects.Establish structured mobilisation procedures, deployment controls and operational workflows.Ensure equipment and manpower are available and deployed in line with project requirements.Respond proactively to urgent equipment requirements, operational delays and deployment challenges.Fleet Utilisation & Operational PerformanceImprove equipment utilisation, minimise idle time and optimise fleet deployment efficiency.Monitor equipment availability, operational readiness, deployment timelines and fleet performance.Establish and monitor KPIs covering mobilisation efficiency, responsiveness, utilisation and operational productivity.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to strengthen execution reliability.Support cost optimisation through effective equipment allocation and resource planning.Operational Governance & DigitalisationDevelop and implement mobilisation SOPs, deployment governance frameworks and reporting processes.Improve fleet visibility through ERP systems, GPS tracking, telematics and operational dashboards.Support the transition towards a centralised, data-driven mobilisation operating model.Introduce greater accountability, operational control and consistency across multiple locations.Leadership & Cross-Functional CoordinationLead and coordinate mobilisation, dispatch and field operational teams.Work closely with operations, maintenance, workshops, transportation, logistics and project teams.Build a culture of operational ownership, urgency, accountability and teamwork.Maintain strong field visibility and ensure operational issues are resolved promptly.Ensure mobilisation activities comply with HSE standards, equipment safety requirements and company procedures.Candidate RequirementsEssential RequirementsSaudi nationality is mandatory.Proven experience in heavy equipment mobilisation, fleet deployment or equipment operations leadership.Strong exposure to construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, plant machinery, heavy vehicles or similar operational fleets.Demonstrated experience coordinating equipment and operator deployment across multiple projects or locations.Direct involvement in equipment allocation, dispatch operations, mobilisation planning and operational execution.Experience managing fleet utilisation, equipment availability and operational performance KPIs.Strong coordination capability across workshops, maintenance, transportation and project operations.Practical knowledge of ERP, fleet management systems, GPS tracking or operational reporting tools.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and operational decision-making capabilities.Willingness to be based in Dammam.Highly DesirableExperience within heavy equipment rental, large-scale contracting, mining, infrastructure or industrial services.Proven experience establishing or improving mobilisation governance, SOPs and deployment control structures.Experience improving fleet utilisation, reducing idle equipment and increasing operational responsiveness.Exposure to centralised fleet operations, digital transformation or operational improvement
