Fleet Operations Manager – Taxi Industry

ResponsibilitiesManage overall taxi fleet operations, including fleet availability, utilization, and operational planning.Develop and implement strategies to ensure fleet readiness and operational efficiency.Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing activities.Manage vehicle equipment and ensure fleet compliance with relevant operational and regulatory requirements.Manage and optimize fleet-related operational costs and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.Manage operational issues and make decisions to ensure smooth and continuous fleet operations.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance partners, vendors, and other operational partners.Develop and implement improvements to fleet management processes and operational efficiency.RequirementsPrevious or current experience in the taxi industry is required.Hands-on experience in Fleet Operations, Fleet Management, Taxi Operations, or related functions.Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, readiness, utilization, and operational processes.Familiarity with fleet-related operating costs.Strong communication and coordination skills.
