Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Fleet Response Manager to lead our autonomous delivery fleet operations in Abu Dhabi.

The role is responsible for managing a large-scale frontline team operating from a remote operations center, monitoring autonomous vehicles, resolving live incidents, and coordinating field support activities to ensure safe and efficient fleet performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day fleet response and remote operations center activities.Manage workforce planning, rostering, attendance, productivity, and performance.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and certification of frontline operators.Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.Develop and maintain SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance processes.Manage supervisors and shift leaders across a 24/7 operation.Coordinate workforce logistics, including manpower suppliers, accommodation, transport, and resource allocation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.8+ years of experience managing large-scale operations, control rooms, command centers, contact centers, or remote operations environments.Proven experience leading teams of 200+ employees.Strong knowledge of workforce management, performance monitoring, and operational KPIs.Experience building training, certification, and quality management programs.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.Valid UAE driving license preferred.Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.Preferred ExperienceAutonomous vehicle, mobility, logistics, or technology-driven operations.UAE workforce operations, manpower management, and multi-shift environments.Experience scaling teams and launching new operational centers.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Visa sponsorship.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous delivery technology.Career growth within a fast-growing and innovative organization
