Apply PDCA Toyota Way problem-solving methodologyLead from the front in implementing Sales BIT SOP at BIT CentersTrain and coach associates on Toyota Way, Kaizen Principles (PDCA) at GembaTest and deploy digital solutions (CRM/ SAP/ Lead Management/ BI) to sustain BIT SOPsPilot/ Deploy Value enhancing activities (Non walk-in sales)Assessment of SOP adherence by following the SOP Audit systemGenerate Dashboards/ Reports/ KPI Progress reports as required by top management – periodical and ad-hoc need-basedParticipate actively in TMC regular meetings through consolidating various kaizen efforts/ kaizen activities/ reports preparation in alignment with BIT CentersLiaise with TMC IMECAD on regular basis to align/ update on BIT activitiesJob ContextThe job has a direct impact on developing the Kaizen culture & developing best practicesThe job has a direct impact on enhancing operational efficiency (value chain enhancement) and profitabilityFramework, Boundaries & Decision Making AuthorityThe job holder has moderate decision-making authority to amend existing SOP and implementOrganizational / Functional Strategic FocusThe job has a crucial strategic role in Cultivate the Kaizen culture across ALJM centers through BIT activities implementation in all BIT centers to then deploy across on Retail network (based on L1/L2/L3 Hoshin)Minimum QualificationsMinimum bachelor’s degree- Preferably EngineerMinimum ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ operational experience, preferably Sales Operation (however not a constraint for a right candidate)Job-Specific SkillsBasic knowledge of ALJ ERP systems (CRM/SAP/Lead Management/Business Intelligence), but must enhance knowledge over period of time
- Exposure and hand on in Sales functional area's and interrelated functions (like ALJID), however not a constraint for a right candidate
