Fleet Supervisor ( Immediate Joiner)

Job Description

• Vehicle Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end purchase process for project vehicles and the internal fleet.
• Asset Disposal: Oversee the sale and decommissioning of vehicles within the fleet.
• Modifications: Coordinate additional vehicle modifications required for specific project needs or site safety standards.
• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive records for all vehicles, ensuring all registration and ownership documents are organized.
• Annual Renewals: Ensure all vehicle registrations and insurance policies are renewed on time to avoid legal lapses.
• CICPA & Gate Passes: Facilitate the application and renewal of CICPA passes and client-specific gate passes for vehicles and personnel.
• Toll & Traffic Management: Manage and recharge Darb, Salik, and Parking accounts. Track usage and generate weekly traffic fine reports for client submission.
• Certificate Tracking: Monitor the validity of all vehicle-related certificates and compliance documents.
• Mobilization / Demobilization: Oversee the deployment and withdrawal of vehicles to and from project sites.
• Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and track routine maintenance and repairs for both project and internal fleet vehicles to ensure 100% fleet availability.
• Inspections: Conduct monthly vehicle condition inspections to ensure safety standards and asset integrity.
• Accident Management: Manage the full lifecycle of accident claims, from initial filing to repair follow-up and completion.
• Rental Management: Handle third-party vehicle agreements, including monthly rental follow-ups and mobilization for Al Dhafra operations.
• Service Coordination: Oversee fuel services, washing services, and IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) tracking.
• Financial Administration: Follow up vendor invoices, verify charges, and ensure timely submission to the finance department.
• Driver Coordination: Manage driver mobilization, scheduling, and the deployment of drivers across the fleet.
• Training & Compliance: Facilitate necessary training sessions and ensure all drivers possess the required passes and certifications.
• Time Management: Follow up driver timesheets and ensure accurate submission for payroll or
• Monthly Reporting: Consolidate data to provide comprehensive monthly reports on fleet status, costs, and performance.
• IVMS Tracking: Utilize IVMS data to monitor driver behavior and vehicle locations, ensuring project safety protocols are met.Required 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.2. UAE Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet, transport, or logistics supervision.3. Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, CICPA requirements, and vehicle registration/insurance processes.

Technical Skills
