We are looking for a creative and data-driven UX/UI Designer to help us build intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric products that empower our users.The Role:As a UX/UI Designer, you will be involved in the entire product development process—from brainstorming initial concepts and conducting user research to designing high-fidelity interfaces and prototyping interactions.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand pain points and validate design decisions.Interaction Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that effectively communicate interaction ideas.Visual Design: Design polished, brand-consistent interfaces (UI) that are both aesthetically pleasing and accessible.Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and hand off to the engineering team.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.Design System: Help maintain and evolve Flexii’s design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (experience in startups or SaaS is a plus).Tools: Mastery of Figma (our primary tool), Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and problem-solving skills.Mindset: A "user-centric" mentality with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsQualificationsProficiency in UX Design, including user research, user flows, wireframing, and prototypingStrong skills in UI Design, including layout design, typography, and graphic designExperience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platformsFamiliarity with usability testing and creating user-centered design solutionsStrong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to stay updated with design trends and integrate them into projectsExperience with front-end development or knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plusBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
