Our teams collaborate across Flight Dispatch, Operations Control, Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, Safety, Engineering, Weather Services, and Airport Operations to support efficient and reliable airline operations.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Flight Dispatch Manager to oversee flight dispatch activities, coordinate operational planning, and support safe, efficient, and on-time flight operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a flight dispatch, aviation operations, operations control, or airline management professional looking to take on a broader leadership role in an international and fully remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily flight dispatch and operational planning activities.Oversee flight planning, route planning, fuel planning, and operational documentation.Work closely with Flight Operations, Operations Control, Crew Scheduling, Safety, Engineering, Weather Services, and Airport Operations teams.Monitor flight schedules, operational performance, and dispatch KPIs.Coordinate responses to delays, diversions, weather disruptions, and operational changes.Support operational decision-making to improve efficiency and on-time performance.Maintain dispatch records, flight documentation, and operational reports.Monitor operational risks and coordinate mitigation actions where required.Support compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.Coordinate with airports, service providers, and operational stakeholders when required.Support incident reviews and operational investigations where applicable.Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and operational efficiency.Prepare performance reports and management updates.Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across dispatch operations.Stay informed about flight dispatch practices, aviation technologies, and industry developments.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Operations, Business, Transportation, or a related field.4+ years of experience in flight dispatch, airline operations, operations control, aviation, or a related role.Good understanding of flight planning and airline operational processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good organizational and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Experience with flight planning or airline operational systems is an advantage.Familiarity with weather planning, fuel planning, and dispatch coordination is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.UAE or GCC aviation experience is an advantage but not required.Relevant aviation or dispatch certifications are welcome but not mandatory.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Flight Dispatch Leadership Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development✈️ Exposure to Flight Operations & Aviation Planning🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Support Regional & International Aviation Operations
