Job Post Start Date: 6/10/206Job Post End Date: 15/10/2026About the CompanyEstablished in 1988 as part of Saudi Arabia's strategy to develop self-sufficiency in civil and military aircraft maintenance, overhaul, and modifications through technology transfer and the development of Saudi nationals.VisionTo lead the future of aviation, space, and defense – setting global standards while powering the ambition of Vision 2030.MissionTo deliver high-quality aviation products and services that ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork under the assigned management structure and report to the relevant Directorate of Operations.Perform duties as a Flight Engineer Instructor on rotary-wing aircraft and deliver basic and advanced training courses in accordance with approved training syllabi, including initial Flight Engineer training, instructor training, live hoist operations, EOS operation, and data link systems.Review and update Flight Engineer training materials in accordance with operational and training requirements.Advise commanders and relevant management on Flight Engineer training requirements and development needs.Develop, write, review, and update training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documentation as required.Maintain and follow up training records and files for deployed Flight Engineers and Crew Chiefs.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceFAA A&P, EASA B1 license, or equivalent qualification, together with a recognized Flight Engineer Instructor course or equivalent instructor qualification.Minimum flying experience of:2,000 flight hours on rotary-wing aircraft.500 flight hours as a Crew Chief Instructor.200 flight hours as a Hoist Operator.100 flight hours using Night Vision Goggles (NVG).Military aviation experience is preferred.Minimum of 100 flying hours during the previous 12 months.Completed relevant FLIR Operator, Hoist, NVG, Tactical, and Instructor courses.Demonstrated experience in Search and Rescue (SAR) operations and FLIR operation.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Must successfully pass the required aviation medical examination at an approved Aero Medical Center.Must successfully pass the required theoretical examination, practical evaluation, and interview conducted by the relevant authority.All qualifications, experience, licenses, training courses, and flying hours stated in the CV must be supported by official documentation.Must successfully obtain the required security clearance conducted by the Government of the
