Flight Safety Manager (P121)Location: Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Safety ManagementRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Flight Safety Manager to lead and enhance safety performance across P121 operations. Reporting to the Director of Safety, you will oversee the Safety Management System (SMS), drive risk management initiatives, conduct audits and investigations, and promote a strong, proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS).Conduct safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.Oversee safety reporting, corrective actions, and risk mitigation programmes.Monitor SMS performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.Support safety case development and regulatory compliance activities.Collaborate with operational departments to identify and reduce safety risks.Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement across the organisation.Required QualificationsMinimum 7 years of aviation industry experience.At least 3 years in a management role.Minimum 3 years of aviation safety experience in similar operations.Strong knowledge of aviation risk management and SMS principles.Familiarity with GACARs and international aviation regulations (FAA/EASA).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation-related IT systems.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in helicopter SAR/EMS operations.Project management experience.Proven ability to lead teams and influence safety performance.If you are passionate about aviation safety and have the experience to drive operational excellence, we welcome your application.
