This role is essential in supporting the operational needs that ensure our flight teams deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every Owner.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Support Specialist role will provide direct support to the following departments:Cabin Servers/ CrewmembersFlight OperationsMaintenanceOwner ServicesSalesFinanceFlight Services ResponsibilitiesOwner Experience enhancementCoordinate and oversee the catering orders in line with Owner preferences, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Act as a real-time support resource to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations, offering solutions and guidance to assist them to enhance service..Provide bespoke service support by sourcing specific Owner requests and ensuring the crew are fully briefed on preferences.Monitor and manage all in-flight service to enhance Owner experience, including demo flights and inaugural Owner trips. Uniform & Inventory CoordinationAssist with procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics for Cabin Server and crewmember uniforms.Track and coordinate uniform shipments and returns to/from crew.Aircraft Stock & PresentationOversee aircraft stock management, including initial onboard stock setups and ongoing replenishments.Manage logistics and maintenance of remote stock lockers to support global operations.Coordinate with operations teams and vendors for aircraft presentation, resets, and cleanliness.Administrative & Procurement SupportAssist with wholesale procurement of aircraft and service products through vendor coordination.Track product consumption, trends, and reporting.Maintain accurate expense reports and product-related financial tracking.Support service procedure updates and communicate changes in product information to relevant stakeholders.Education, ExperienceAviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience and/or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experienceLuxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommendedRequired Skills & QualificationsMust possess the legal ability to work in the United KingdomSkill requirements include but are not limited to the following:Adapt to and endure immeasurable changes regarding aircraft schedules, deliveries, status alterations and locationsAble to travel and occasionally required to work in a physically-active environmentWork in an office environment simultaneous to completing physical tasksComplete knowledge and navigation abilities of Microsoft Office 2010 (or most current) products and softwareTechnology savvy to current and modern means of computer and telephone equipmentStrong interpersonal and communication flexibility within a diverse group of individuals and operating levels of Flexjet and constituentsPositive attitude and the ability to adapt to change is a mustPhysical RequirementsPhysical demands may require a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) along with various office equipmentPhysical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stoopingWill require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling stock and heavy boxes.SCHEDULEFlexibility to work around business needs, which includes evenings and weekends. Availability to be “on call” as per business requirements outside of traditional business hours.
