The company also has a strong focus on events, celebrations, and catering services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaReports to: Restaurant / Branch ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during serviceEnsure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are metHandle guest feedback and complaints professionallyCoordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth serviceManage staff schedules, shift coverage, and pre-shift briefingsOversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliationEnsure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standardsKey Requirements2–4 years' experience in a restaurant floor/supervisory roleStrong leadership and people-management skillsBilingual Arabic/English preferredAble to work shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma; hospitality diploma is a plus
