The company offers opportunities to grow skills in customer service, operations, and team leadership within a dynamic on-site environment.Role Description The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This role includes supervising floor staff, managing shift schedules, coordinating table allocation, and monitoring service standards throughout operating hours. The Floor Manager responds to guest inquiries and concerns, supports staff in delivering timely and accurate service, and works closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient communication. Additional responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with basic reporting on daily performance and customer feedback. The Floor Manager contributes to a positive work environment and helps implement operational improvements set by management.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiences.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.Experience in Operations Management, including supervising floor activities, coordinating shifts, and maintaining service standards.Ability to deliver Training and ongoing coaching to front-of-house staff.Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.Understanding of basic health, safety, and hygiene practices in a hospitality setting.
