This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident people leader who thrives on the shop floor and understands how to balance commercial performance with an exceptional level of client experience.The RoleAs Floor Manager, you will be a visible and inspiring presence on the shop floor, leading a large team and ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.You will be responsible for creating a positive, energetic and high-performing environment, supporting the team through busy periods while maintaining the attention to detail and personalised service expected within luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a large team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environmentOversee the day-to-day running of the shop floor, ensuring a seamless client journeyManage the pace and flow of the floor, particularly during peak trading periodsMaintain exceptional standards of luxury client service and brand presentationCoach and develop team members, providing regular feedback and supportIdentify opportunities to improve individual and team performanceSupport the achievement of commercial targets and KPIsWork closely with senior management to ensure operational and commercial priorities are deliveredAct as a key point of escalation, confidently resolving client and team mattersEnsure the team remains engaged, motivated and aligned with the brand's valuesLead by example, demonstrating outstanding client engagement and service standardsAbout YouWe are looking for a confident and experienced luxury retail professional with a genuine passion for people and client experience.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership positionExperience managing and developing a sizeable retail teamA strong understanding of luxury client service and high-touch customer experienceThe ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environmentStrong coaching and people-development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commercially minded approach, with an understanding of retail KPIsThe confidence to lead from the front and make decisions on a busy shop floorA polished and professional presence, with a genuine passion for luxuryThis is an excellent opportunity to join an iconic luxury house where heritage, craftsmanship, people and exceptional client experience are at the heart of the business.
