Floor Organizer

Job Title: Floor Organizer Report to: Floor Supervisor Role Overview The Floor Organiser is responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience within the Foodhall.

This role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting them with seating, guiding them through the cuisine options, POD locations and QR-code menus, while maintaining cleanliness and organization across the dining area.The Floor Organiser plays a key role in maintaining high service standards by supporting guests throughout their visit, ensuring tables are properly prepared, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient operations during both peak and non-peak periods.Role ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome guests entering the dining hall with a friendly and professional attitude.Assist guests in locating appropriate seating based on group size and preferences when required.Provide guidance on the dining hall concept and explain the ordering process where needed.Explain and guide guests on how to use the QR code system for ordering and payment.Provide guidance to guests on available cuisine offerings and assist with wayfinding to enhance the overall guest experience.Ensure all tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared before seating guests.Promptly clear, wipe, and reset tables once guests finish their meals.Replace tableware, condiments, and other table items as required.Maintain cleanliness across the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.Provide attentive and friendly service to guests throughout their visit.Check in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and assist with any additional needs.Role Requirements Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, food halls, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.Experience in customer service roles is considered an advantage.Good organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and table setup.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and proactive in assisting guests and supporting colleagues.Ability to carry and lift moderate weight related to table setup and clearing.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
