This role ensures guests receive excellent service by monitoring service standards, responding to guest needs, and supporting the team during busy periods. The Floor Supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides guidance and feedback to team members throughout their shifts. The role includes training and coaching staff, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with management to implement promotions and service improvements. The Floor Supervisor also helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while upholding ArkaGroup’s brand and operational standards.Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Proven customer service abilities, with experience handling guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery.Experience in staff training and on-the-floor coaching to develop team members and ensure consistent service standards.Basic sales skills, including encouraging upselling, supporting promotions, and understanding restaurant revenue drivers.Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing shifts and floor operations.Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
