Floor Supervisor

Open position: Floor Supervisor 📍 Qartuli Authentic Georgian | Downtown DubaiQartuli is looking for an experienced, hands-on Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team, with strong team leadership skills and a passion for excellent guest service.This is an active floor role: you will lead the team, take orders, serve guests, and ensure smooth service throughout each shift.Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, actively taking orders and serving guests alongside the team.
• Supervise and support the front-of-house team, maintaining attentive, professional service.
• Supervise daily floor operations and maintain consistent service standards.
• Train and coach staff on regular basis on service etiquette and techniques, menu knowledge, guest interaction and upselling.
• Build relationships with guests, offer recommendations, and handle feedback professionally.
• Lead shift briefings, allocate sections, and guide the team throughout service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, table presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Weekly reporting to Management.What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role in Dubai.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Strong practical service skills and a willingness to take responsibility for tables.
• Responsible, ability to motivate, guide, and support a team.
• A confident, organised approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good beverage knowledge, including wine and bar service.
