The role involves designing and creating fresh and artificial floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative installations to match event themes and client preferences. The Florist and Balloon Artist will plan and assemble balloon décor, including arches, garlands, columns, and personalized balloon designs, while ensuring safety and quality standards. Daily tasks include preparing materials, maintaining an organized workspace, coordinating with event planners and other team members, and setting up floral and balloon décor at event venues. The role also includes consulting with clients, suggesting design options, managing time and inventory, and ensuring all arrangements are delivered and installed on schedule.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in floral design, bouquet and centerpiece creation, and handling fresh and artificial flowers.Proficiency in balloon artistry, including balloon inflation, shaping, installation of arches and garlands, and safe handling of helium and related equipment.Strong creativity and visual design abilities, with a good sense of color, composition, and event aesthetics.Effective customer service and communication skills to understand client needs, provide recommendations, and maintain professional relationships.Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple events and meet deadlines.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport décor materials, and perform on-site event setups.Previous experience in floristry, balloon decoration, or event décor is highly beneficial.Basic knowledge of safety practices related to event installations and handling of materials.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.Familiarity with the local market in Saudi Arabia and basic English or Arabic communication skills is an advantage.
