Flower Sales and Customer Representative

Ribbon Flowers & Design is a floral design studio that stands out for its freshest flowers and creative designs. Founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer, Ribbon Flowers & Design provides flower design and concept consultancy services to various organizations including invitations and launches, as well as flower ordering and weekly flower membership services. To join our growing team, we are looking for experienced Sales Associates and Customer Representatives. JOB DESCRIPTION- Assist premium customers in their search for luxury flowers through WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone, and in-person, and finalize the sale,- Stay connected with the customer throughout the sales process, get confirmation from customers after the flower is ready,- Maintain customer satisfaction and happiness, deal with any problems related to the order in a professional manner,- Enter the sales into the point-of-sale system, - Work in tandem with other Sales Associates and Customer Representatives,REQUIREMENTSAdvanced-level English (spoken and written) is required- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to a dynamic work environment,- Minimum of 2 years sales experience,- Advanced sales skills,- Presentable and loyal,- Preferably graduated with a sales or marketing degree,- Comfortable with MS Office programs,- No problems commuting to Etiler.
