In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated, scalable, and production-ready mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.This position goes beyond standard mobile development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, LLM integrations, complex application logic, system architecture, and performance engineering. You should be capable of building reliable in-house solutions from the ground up and solving technically challenging problems with limited reliance on basic third-party libraries.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application DevelopmentDesign, build, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. Develop clean, modular, reusable, and scalable code suitable for long-term production use.Architecture and System DesignCreate robust application architecture, manage complex application states, and establish engineering practices that support scalability, reliability, maintainability, and future product growth.AI and Intelligent FeaturesIntegrate AI models, LLM APIs, and intelligent automated workflows into mobile applications. Work with technologies such as OpenAI APIs, Google Genkit, or equivalent AI platforms to develop smart, practical, and user-focused app features.Custom Logic and In-House SolutionsBuild complex custom functionality from scratch, including proprietary business logic, mathematical or financial algorithms, local data pipelines, and advanced data-processing workflows. Apply strong logical reasoning and algorithmic problem-solving to create reliable solutions for complex requirements.API and Real-Time IntegrationImplement secure and reliable communication between mobile applications and backend services. Handle REST APIs, server requests, JSON parsing, authentication, error handling, WebSockets, real-time updates, and secure data synchronization.Native and Web IntegrationIntegrate native Android and iOS functionality within Flutter applications. Work with platform channels, platform views, native configurations, and custom native or web SDKs when required.Performance OptimizationConduct time profiling, memory analysis, frame-rate monitoring, and performance tuning. Identify and resolve slow rendering, excessive resource usage, memory leaks, crashes, and other issues affecting application stability or responsiveness.Notifications, Analytics, and MonitoringImplement and maintain Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications, Firebase Analytics, crash reporting, event tracking, and other monitoring tools. Analyze application behavior and use insights to improve product reliability and user experience.Package and SDK ManagementEvaluate, configure, customize, and safely integrate Flutter packages and complex third-party SDKs. Modify packages when necessary while ensuring compatibility, security, maintainability, and minimal impact on the overall codebase.Collaboration and DeliveryWork closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to convert requirements into practical technical solutions.
