Xplain AI prioritizes a safe, age-appropriate learning environment and uses technology to make complex topics easier to understand.Role Description As a Flutter App Developer at Xplain AI, you will build and maintain high-quality mobile applications that deliver interactive, story-driven lessons to learners. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to implement new features, optimize performance, and ensure a smooth user experience across Android and iOS devices. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient Flutter code, integrating APIs and backend services, managing data storage, and troubleshooting issues. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience using Flutter and Dart for mobile applications.Knowledge of Databases and data management for mobile apps, including designing efficient data models and handling offline/online data sync.Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) or similar styling concepts for creating responsive and visually consistent user interfaces.Experience with Integration of RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems into mobile applications.Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with designers to implement intuitive interfaces.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Ability to test, debug, and optimize mobile apps for performance, reliability, and scalability.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment.
