You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.The ideal candidate should have strong Flutter and Dart skills, experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs, and a good understanding of scalable application architecture, performance, security and app-store deployment.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.Translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive and reusable interfaces.Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services.Implement authentication, push notifications, deep links, payments and other mobile features.Manage application state using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or a similar solution.Write clean, modular, testable and maintainable code.Identify and resolve performance, compatibility and usability issues.Implement secure storage and appropriate protection for sensitive user data.Write unit, widget and integration tests.Collaborate with designers, backend developers and project managers.Maintain code using Git and participate in code reviews.Prepare and publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Monitor released applications and resolve production issues.Essential technical skills3–4 years of mobile application development experience, including strong commercial experience with Flutter.Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework.Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation and application lifecycle.Experience with state-management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod or Provider.Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.Understanding of clean architecture and common design patterns.Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive or SharedPreferences.Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics and Analytics.Experience implementing secure authentication, token management and secure local storage.Understanding of asynchronous programming, isolates and performance optimisation.Experience using Git and working with collaborative development workflows.Knowledge of Android and iOS build processes, signing and release management.Experience publishing applications to both major app stores.Desirable skillsExperience integrating Flutter applications with Laravel or Node.js APIs.Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time messaging.Experience with payment gateways such as Stripe.Experience with social login, maps, camera, media uploads and background services.Familiarity with automated builds and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.Basic understanding of native Android development in Kotlin or native iOS development in Swift.Experience developing marketplace, booking, subscription or social-platform applications.Familiarity with App Store and Play Store policies, including requirements relating to subscriptions and external payments.What we are looking forStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Careful attention to interface quality and design accuracy.Ability to communicate technical matters clearly.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned features.A practical understanding of project timelines and delivery commitments.A willingness to learn and keep up with Flutter and mobile-platform developments.EducationA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred, although candidates with strong practical experience and a good portfolio will also be considered.How to applyPlease send the following:Your latest CVLinks to applications you have developedGitHub or portfolio link, if availableCurrent salaryExpected salaryNotice periodCurrent locationCandidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur will be preferred.
