Job Description

1. Full Stack Developer | 5–8 YearsHands-on expertise in Flutter/Dart and Java/Spring Boot development.Deliver mobile features and backend APIs from detailed design through production release.Write clean, testable code and resolve functional, performance, and integration defects.Contribute to estimation, peer reviews, technical documentation, CI/CD, and production support.Demonstrate practical use of AI coding assistants, including GitHub Copilot and Claude, within the development lifecycle.Banking experience: 5+ years preferred, with retail or corporate banking exposure and legacy mobile application modernization experience.2. Technical Lead | 9–13 YearsLead both Flutter mobile and Java/Spring Boot backend teams, with end-to-end ownership across mobile, web-channel integration, APIs, and releases.Own solution design, technical decomposition, coding standards, API contracts, non-functional requirements, and delivery quality for medium-to-large programs.Guide developers through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and secure engineering practices.Coordinate with architecture, security, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and releases across mobile and web channels.Drive engineering productivity through reusable assets, automation, AI-enabled development practices, and measurable quality improvement.Banking experience: 8+ years mandatory, with retail or corporate banking exposure and mobile banking modernization experience.3. Mobile Architect | 14–18 YearsDefine enterprise Flutter mobile and web-channel architecture, reference patterns, modularization strategy, integration standards, and technology roadmap.Own Flutter mobile and web-channel architecture while maintaining a strong working understanding of backend/API integration, IAM and security, DevSecOps, observability, cloud/OpenShift deployment, and enterprise integration.Ensure alignment between mobile channels, Java/API platforms, cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps controls, and enterprise architecture standards.Evaluate frameworks, libraries, build strategies, release models, technical debt, and platform modernization opportunities.Provide architecture governance, manage technical debt, mentor technical leads, support complex troubleshooting, and communicate solution trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
