At Halen, we are building a next-generation Super-App designed to streamline delivery, mobility, and local services into one seamless experience.We are currently in the home stretch of development, actively wiring up our robust backend to our front-end ecosystem—which includes our Customer App, Driver Portal, Heatmap/Admin Dashboards, and deep integrations with Fleet Engine, Stripe, Checkr, and custom pricing engines.We are 3 months away from launching our pilot in Philadelphia, and we need a battle-tested Flutter Developer to help us cross the finish line and launch on both the App Store and Google Play.The RoleWe aren't looking for someone who just prompts AI to write code. We need a genuine, hands-on software engineer who deeply understands Flutter/Dart architecture, state management, complex API integrations, and the nuances of native mobile deployments.You will work directly on connecting our core backend services to our user-facing applications and ensure the app is rock-solid, performant, and ready for our Philly launch.What You’ll Be DoingBackend & Frontend Wiring: Connect complex backend microservices to our Flutter apps (Customer and Driver portals).Third-Party Integrations: Work closely with key APIs and SDKs including Google Fleet Engine, Stripe (payments), Checkr (background checks), and dynamic price calculation engines.Real-time Features: Implement and optimize real-time location tracking, heatmaps, and live status updates for drivers and admin dashboards.Cross-Platform Deployment: Manage, build, and deploy the application to both iOS (App Store Connect) and Android (Google Play Console).Performance Tuning: Optimize UI rendering, state management, and network calls to ensure a smooth, lag-free user experience under high load.What We’re Looking ForProven Mobile Track Record: Real-world experience building, scaling, and deploying Flutter applications to both iOS and Android.Deep Coding Expertise: Strong fundamentals in Dart, state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod), clean architecture, and asynchronous programming. (AI tools are great for productivity, but we need someone who truly knows how to write, debug, and architect code).API & SDK Integration Heavyweight: Prior experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe), verification services (Checkr), and map/location/fleet SDKs (Google Maps / Fleet Engine).Production Deployment Knowledge: Confident with TestFlight, Google Play Beta testing, push notifications, and App Store guidelines.Urgency & Ownership: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a firm 3-month hard launch deadline.Bonus PointsBased in or familiar with the Philadelphia market.Prior experience working on super-apps, ride-share, food delivery, or logistics platforms.Experience with Web dashboard deployment using Flutter Web or React/Vue.Why Join Halen Right Now?This isn't a "concept phase" startup—the groundwork is done, the launch window is locked, and we are executing.
