Its creative team builds flexible, modern, and device-optimized websites and applications for diverse client needs. Role Description As a Flutter Developer at WeWebIt, you will design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate requirements and UI/UX designs into high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and maintainable code, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing app performance and responsiveness. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay current with Flutter and mobile development best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan.QualificationsSolid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with Dart and other modern language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript) is a plus.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in building modular, testable, and reusable code.Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts, RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with server-side services.Experience building and deploying Flutter applications, including state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and responsive UI design.Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, testing frameworks, and app store deployment processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
