We work across areas such as HealthTech, FinTech, HR Tech, AI, and SaaS, delivering innovative solutions from product development and UI/UX design to end-to-end software engineering.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Flutter Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and deploying high-quality mobile applications.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, a good understanding of mobile application architecture, and experience working with APIs and backend integrations. Knowledge of React Native will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application crashes.Implement responsive UI designs based on product and design requirements.Conduct code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.Participate in application testing, debugging, and deployment processes.Work with Git and maintain proper version control.Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.Required Skills4–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.Good understanding of Flutter widgets, state management, navigation, and application architecture.Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.Experience with third-party API and SDK integrations.Good understanding of Git/version control systems.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Good understanding of mobile app performance optimization.Good to HaveExperience with React Native.Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment.Experience working with AI-powered or SaaS-based applications.Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.What We’re Looking ForStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them independently.Passion for building high-quality mobile products.Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.Why Join Agnotic Technologies?Opportunity to work on real-world SaaS and AI-driven products.Exposure to modern technologies and product development.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.Career growth and learning opportunities.
