Location: MumbaiExperience: 2–5 yearsEmployment: Full-timeAbout Mask TVMask TV is an Indian OTT platform focused on family-friendly entertainment, available across Android, iOS, Smart TVs and connected-TV platforms.We are growing our OTT ecosystem and are also building RushPlay, our vertical short-drama platform.We are looking for a strong Flutter Developer who can take ownership of our apps, build new features, improve performance, and work closely with our product and technology teams.What you'll work onDevelop and maintain our Flutter OTT applicationsBuild new features for Mask TV and RushPlayWork on Android and iOS releasesIntegrate APIs, payment systems and third-party SDKsImplement Firebase Analytics and event trackingIntegrate Meta SDK and marketing attribution/eventsBuild subscription and user-management flowsWork on video streaming, content discovery and playback-related featuresImprove app performance, stability and crash ratesDebug production issues and release fixes quicklyCollaborate with backend, design, marketing and product teamsHelp us build scalable architecture as the platform growsRequirements2–5 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experienceStrong understanding of Flutter architecture and state managementExperience building and publishing Android/iOS applicationsStrong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrationsExperience with FirebaseExperience integrating payment/subscription systemsGood understanding of Git and app deployment/release processesAbility to independently take a feature from requirement → development → testing → releaseGreat if you haveOTT / video streaming app experienceExperience with Android TV / Fire TV / Smart TVJio STB or other connected-TV experienceExperience with Google Play Billing / Apple In-App PurchasesMeta SDK / attribution experienceExperience working in a startup or fast-moving product environmentWhat we're looking forWe're not looking for someone who only completes assigned tickets.We want someone who can take ownership of the product, identify problems, suggest better solutions and ship things quickly.If you enjoy building consumer apps and want to work on an OTT platform with millions of potential users, we'd love to hear from you.
