Flutter Developer

Job ObjectiveYour role as a Flutter Developer is to develop, maintain, and enhance secure, scalable, and high-performing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will independently deliver mobile features, integrate APIs and financial services, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Monty Finance’s digital financial products and customer experience.Main TasksDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.Independently implement mobile features and user flows based on approved product requirements and UI/UX designs.Build reusable widgets, components, and modules in accordance with established mobile development standards.Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services, payment platforms, authentication services, and approved third-party SDKs.Implement secure authentication, authorization, biometric functionality, secure storage, and other mobile security controls.Apply appropriate state management solutions and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable application structures.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, stability, and compatibility across supported devices and operating systems.Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, API integration issues, crashes, and performance problems.Write unit and widget tests and support QA during functional, integration, regression, and UAT activities.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and development estimations.Support mobile application builds, CI/CD processes, release validation, and deployment to testing and production environments.Collaborate with Product, Technical Product, QA, UX/UI, Backend, DevOps, Security, and other mobile development teams throughout the development lifecycle.Monitor application behavior and crash reports and contribute to continuous improvements in application quality and user experience.Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating generated outputs for accuracy, security, quality, and maintainability.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in mobile application development, including hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.Experience developing and releasing applications for both Android and iOS is preferred.Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking technology, or financial services is considered an advantage.Professional proficiency in Local Language and English required.Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart and cross-platform mobile development.Good understanding of Flutter architecture, reusable widgets, navigation, and application lifecycle.Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC/Cubit, Provider, Riverpod, or equivalent.Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and backend integrations.Familiarity with native Android and iOS concepts and platform-specific integrations.Understanding of mobile authentication, biometrics, secure storage, encryption, and secure coding principles.Experience integrating third-party SDKs, payment services, push notifications, and deep links.Familiarity with Firebase services, crash monitoring, and application analytics.Experience with Git, package management, testing frameworks, and CI/CD concepts.Understanding of mobile application deployment through Google Play and Apple App Store.Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.Effective use of AI-assisted development tools, with the ability to review and validate AI-generated code.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
