The project focuses on developing software applications and solutions for high-performance gaming and racing simulation devices. As a Flutter Developer, you will work closely with international engineering teams to build intuitive, reliable, and high-performance applications that interact with advanced gaming peripherals and simulation hardware.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.Design and implement responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces.Integrate applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, and other external services.Collaborate with backend, firmware, QA, and international engineering teams to deliver project requirements.Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize application performance and stability.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and software development activities.For Senior Level: Take ownership of assigned features/modules and provide technical guidance to Junior Developers.JOB QUALIFICATIONSJunior: Minimum 1 year of experience in Flutter development.Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience in Flutter development.Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience developing production-level applications.Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and application architecture.Strong problem-solving skills.Experience with hardware/device integration, gaming, racing simulation, or embedded systems is a strong plus.Experience with Flutter Desktop/Windows is a plus.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).BENEFITSCompetitive salary package based on your competence plus Annual Bonus and Project Performance Bonus.Comprehensive benefits package including social insurance, annual health check-ups, and PVI health insurance.13th-month Salary & Annual leave in accordance with labor regulations.Training and certification support, along with access to professional coaching programs, buddy system, and technical sharing sessions.Team building activities, annual company trips, monthly internal events, and celebrations for special occasions.
