We manage design, certification, manufacturing, and commercialization with emphasis on reliability and compliance.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development. The role involves building mobile applications that communicate directly with safety-critical hardware devices over wireless interfaces, including device configuration, diagnostics, data logging and firmware updates.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOSImplement device communication features: reading sensor data, writing configurations, and retrieving event logs over wireless interfacesImplement and debug binary device protocols (byte parsing, framing, CRC validation, chunked data transfer)Build and maintain firmware update flows over constrained wireless transportsHandle platform-specific connectivity behavior on Android and iOS (permissions, background modes, session limits)Integrate backend REST APIs for data sync and reportingWrite clean, testable Dart code following structured state management practicesParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and design discussions with firmware and hardware teamsRequired Skills (Must have) Core Technical Skills3+ years of Flutter development with apps shipped to productioniOS development experience: Xcode, provisioning/signing, App Store submission, and platform channel work (Swift/Objective-C basics)Hands-on BLE stack experience in production apps: GATT services/characteristics, MTU handling, connection lifecycle, pairing/bondingBinary protocol handling: byte buffers, endianness, bit manipulation, checksums (CRC)REST API integration and JSON serialization (Dio/HTTP)State management experience (Provider, BLoC, or similar)Experience using Git and version control workflowsHardware Communication & Quality AwarenessExperience with OTA/firmware update flows over BLE or similar transportAbility to debug hardware communication issues (sniffers, packet logs, intermittent connection failures)Understanding of error handling, retries, and data integrity in unreliable wireless linksFamiliarity with unit testing in FlutterGood to HaveNFC experience: NDEF, tag read/write, iOS Core NFC / Android NFC APIs, and dynamic NFC tags (Type 5 / ISO 15693) with mailbox-based fast transfer mode (FTM) communicationExperience with safety-critical, medical, or industrial IoT productsEncryption basics (AES, key handling)Firebase services (FCM, Crashlytics)Ability to read protocol specifications or firmware documentation alongside embedded teams
