As you can imagine, this means that we have a vibrant and diverse mix of skills and people making Kagool a great place to work.Skills and Experience5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart (state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, and widget-based architecture).Strong proficiency in Dart, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Exposure to back-end development experience (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar).Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server — schema design, query optimization, stored procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.Experience with microservices architecture, particularly using Azure Function Apps (serverless computing).Familiarity with the broader Azure ecosystem (Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Service Bus, etc.).Knowledge of message queuing/event-driven architecture (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka).Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).Experience building or integrating AI Agents (e.g., using LLM APIs, agentic frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen/Semantic Kernel, or tool-calling/function-calling patterns).Essential Requirements5-8 years of experience as Flutter Developer.Career at KagoolA career at Kagool will give you a path towards progression and opportunities, with the current rate of growth we at Kagool have dedicated time towards individual growth, recognizing individual contributions, filling the team with a strong sense of purpose along with providing a fun, flexible and friendly work environment.
