Flutter Developer

Position: Permanent Role: Senior Flutter Developer Experience: 7-9 Years Work Location: Chennai Shift Timing – 2:30PM – 1AM (Remote) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Flutter, mobile architecture, API integrations, and CRM platform integrations, delivering secure and scalable mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
• Integrate mobile applications with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, widgets, and application frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support application releases, upgrades, and production deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of software development experience with significant mobile application expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating external services.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience building mobile interfaces for CRM systems.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, mobile security, and offline synchronization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures. What Success Looks Like
