Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleGNXTACE Technologies is looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate should take ownership of assigned tasks, deliver quality solutions, and work collaboratively with the team to build reliable, scalable applications.Key Responsibilities* Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.* Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX designs.* Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.* Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure application quality across Android and iOS.* Manage app builds, releases, and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.* Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features on time.* Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively solve problems, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery.* Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following development best practices.Required Skills* 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.* Proven experience developing applications for both Android and iOS.* Good understanding of API integration, state management, Firebase, and mobile app architecture.* Familiarity with Git, Android Studio, Xcode, debugging, and app deployment.* Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, accountability, and a proactive approach to work.Good to Have* Experience publishing and maintaining live applications on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.* Basic knowledge of native Android development using Kotlin or Java and iOS development using Swift.* Experience with payment gateway integration, maps, location services, camera, file uploads, or other device-level features.* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile app builds.* Experience working with scalable application architectures and clean code principles.* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.* A portfolio of published applications or demonstrable mobile projects.
