This is not a job where your value is measured by how many hours you sit in front of a computer.Your value is measured by what you can reliably deliver.How You Will WorkYou will work within TPS's AI-Accelerated Development Process. For each implementation unit, you will start from a defined User Story, Acceptance Criteria and technical context. You will use TPS engineering agents, AI coding tools, Project DNA, development skills and automation to understand the system and accelerate your work.You are expected to use AI throughout the engineering lifecycle - not simply to generate code. You remain responsible for the result. That means understanding what AI produces, challenging it when necessary, making engineering decisions, verifying the implementation, writing and running tests, and ensuring your change is ready for review.AI may write much of the code. You own 100% of the outcome.What You Are Responsible ForYour primary responsibility is to turn an approved User Story into working, verified, maintainable mobile features for iOS and Android.Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter & Dart.Understand User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, UI/UX designs, API contracts and relevant system context before implementation.Work from the agreed Implementation Approach and Clean Architecture structure rather than coding from assumptions.Use AI agents and engineering tools aggressively to analyze the codebase, build screens and features, write tests, debug and document.Review and understand AI-generated code before accepting it - especially state management, async flows and platform-specific behavior.Implement UI, state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider or GetX), RESTful API and Firebase integration (FCM, Authentication, Crashlytics) and local storage.Write and execute unit, widget and integration tests; verify features on real devices and emulators across iOS and Android.Perform local builds, static analysis, lint checks and performance verification before submitting changes.Create traceable Merge Requests with evidence - test results, screenshots or screen recordings - that Acceptance Criteria have been addressed.Support release preparation and publishing on App Store and Google Play through the team's mobile CI/CD pipelines.Fix defects, including crashes reported in Crashlytics, by identifying root causes rather than simply patching symptoms.Continuously improve the way you use AI to increase your engineering productivity.Working TimeWe focus on what you deliver, not how many hours you spend at work.We do not want to build a culture where developers optimize for appearing busy for eight hours. You should be comfortable reading and understanding existing systems, APIs, databases and source code; reasoning about implementation choices; testing your own work; and taking responsibility for production-quality results.Experience with the project's technology stack matters. But there is something we value even more: your ability to learn, reason and multiply your capability with AI.We are not looking for people who merely know how to prompt ChatGPT or generate code with an AI IDE.
