You will work closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver reliable, intuitive, and high-performing experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Development· Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.· Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and reusable interfaces.· Implement scalable application structures using Clean Architecture and clear separation of presentation, business logic, and data layers.· Manage complex application states using BLoC or comparable state management solutions.· Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets, including JSON serialization and deserialization.· Implement local storage, caching, and persistence using Hive, SQLite, or SharedPreferences.· Use platform channels to integrate with native Android and iOS functionality when needed.Problem Solving and Collaboration· Independently investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.· Deliver well-tested features with minimal supervision and communicate blockers promptly.· Collaborate with backend developers to define API requirements and resolve integration issues.· Work with designers, product stakeholders, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and validate functionality.· Participate in technical discussions, feature estimation, and sprint planning.· Review pull requests, provide constructive feedback, and support junior developers.· Maintain clear technical documentation for key features and implementation decisions.Code Quality and Testing· Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that follows agreed development standards.· Create and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.· Address bugs and regressions, including adding appropriate test coverage.· Use Git and pull request workflows effectively.· Apply secure development practices when handling authentication, user information, and sensitive data.Performance and Reliability· Use Flutter DevTools to investigate rendering issues, excessive rebuilds, memory usage, and performance bottlenecks.· Diagnose and resolve UI jank and improve application responsiveness.· Optimize asynchronous operations, data loading, and resource management.· Monitor application crashes and errors and contribute to ongoing stability improvements.· Validate application behavior across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions.CI CD and Deployment· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines that automate application checks, builds, and deployments.· Prepare and support releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.· Manage application configurations, environments, and versioning.· Troubleshoot build, signing, and deployment issues in collaboration with the team.Required Qualifications· 1–3 years of professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.· Strong knowledge of Dart, including asynchronous programming, Futures, Streams, and isolates.· Solid understanding of the Flutter widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and application lifecycle.· Hands-on experience with BLoC and managing complex application states.· Experience implementing Clean Architecture and separating business logic from UI components.· Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and JSON serialization/deserialization.· Working knowledge of Hive, SQLite, or SharedPreferences.· Foundational understanding of Method Channels and Event Channels, with the ability to read or make basic changes to Kotlin or Swift code.· Practical experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests.· Familiarity with Flutter DevTools and mobile performance optimization.· Experience with CI/CD tools and mobile application release processes for Android and iOS.· Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.· Strong analytical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications· Experience contributing to applications published on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.· Familiarity with crash reporting and monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.· Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and authentication flows.· Familiarity with Arabic localization and right-to-left interfaces.· Experience working with healthcare applications or other products that handle sensitive user information.· Familiarity with Agile development practices.
