We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can take ownership of mobile app development across both iOS and Android platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and AndroidBuild modern, responsive, and polished mobile UI/UX experiencesIntegrate GraphQL and REST APIs efficientlyWork closely with backend and product teamsDebug performance, networking, and platform-specific issuesIndependently own features from development to deploymentUse modern AI/GenAI development tools to improve productivity and code qualityRequired ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of real professional Flutter/mobile application development experienceStrong experience with Flutter and DartSolid understanding of mobile app lifecycle for both iOS and AndroidStrong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimizationAbility to work independently and lead development initiatives when requiredExperience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in the development workflowPreferredExperience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play ConsoleExperience integrating GraphQL and REST APIsExperience with healthcare or high-scale consumer applicationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile appsExperience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reportingEmployment TermsThis is a full-time exclusive employment role.
