workflows.We are looking for a strong Flutter developer who can build production-quality mobile applications end to end, from architecture and UI implementation to API integration, testing, deployment, and app-store release.Role OverviewWe are hiring an end-to-end Flutter Mobile Application Developer to lead the development of our mobile application ecosystem.The ideal candidate should be able to independently build high-quality Android and iOS applications using Flutter, integrate backend APIs, implement real-time location features, manage authentication and payments, and deploy stable apps to the Play Store and App Store.This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast, think clearly, write clean code, and build scalable mobile products from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile app architecture.Implement rider/user, driver/operator, and admin-facing mobile workflows as required.Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.Implement live location tracking, maps, routing, push notifications, OTP login, and user verification flows.Build secure authentication, role-based access, user profile, booking, trip, payment, and notification modules.Integrate payment gateways and digital wallet/payment workflows where required.Ensure smooth UI/UX performance across Android and iOS devices.Handle offline states, poor-network conditions, background location behavior, and app lifecycle issues.Write reusable components, services, and state-management logic.Perform debugging, testing, performance optimization, and crash monitoring.Prepare and publish applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Work with backend developers, product owners, designers, and operations teams.Maintain clear technical documentation and development handover notes.Follow secure coding, privacy, and data-protection best practices.Required SkillsStrong experience with Flutter and Dart.Proven experience building and launching production mobile apps.Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and clean code principles.Experience with at least one major Flutter state-management approach, such as:Bloc / CubitRiverpodProviderGetX, only if used responsiblyExperience integrating REST APIs and handling API errors gracefully.Experience with real-time features using WebSockets, Firebase, or similar tools.Experience with Google Maps, Mapbox, or other mapping/location SDKs.Experience with GPS, live tracking, background location, and route-based features.Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Remote Config.Experience with OTP login, authentication tokens, secure storage, and role-based flows.Experience integrating payment gateways or wallet/payment systems.Strong understanding of Android and iOS permissions, app lifecycle, and deployment requirements.Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code.Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.Preferred
