Flutter Engineer (Mobile Developer)

If you love creating smooth animations, optimizing performance and user experiences, and building products that reach millions, this is for you.🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BRINGMobile Development Expertise: Strong expertise in at least one language in the mobile domain (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, React Native) with a focus on high-performance UI and highly interactive user experiences.Product Mindset & Game Engine Knowledge: Experience in developing both mobile applications and games (casual, interactive, or utility-based). Knowledge of a game engine or custom game loops that can integrate with one of the specified languages.Architecture & State Management: Deep understanding of modern state management solutions (Bloc, Redux, Context API, MVVM, etc.) and software architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM, VIPER) appropriate for the chosen technology to handle complex business logic and real-time states.Mobile Ecosystem & API Integration: Strong experience in app lifecycles, memory management, asynchronous programming, RESTful API, and WebSocket integrations.Proven Track Record: At least one high-performance app or game successfully launched on Google Play or the App Store.Backend & Data: Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for handling user authentication, data synchronization, and real-time features.Modern Workflow: Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.Polish & Performance: A strong eye for "pixel-perfect" UI, 60 FPS animations, and memory optimization across various devices.💎 BENEFITS We believe great products are built by happy developers.
