Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join our growing team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will take ownership of our mobile platform for field operations — covering incident reporting, real-time asset tracking, fleet management, and logistics services — delivering high-quality experiences across both iOS and Android.In this role you will play a key role in:Designing and implementing pixel-accurate UI screens from Figma designs, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across both iOS and Android platformsIntegrating with IoT platform REST APIs — including events, alarms, inventory, and measurement endpoints — to deliver real-time, data-driven features to end users in the fieldBuilding and owning core product features including GPS-based incident reporting, camera integration, offline-first data handling, and real-time asset tracking, ensuring reliability in low-connectivity environmentsArchitecting and implementing offline-first solutions using queue and sync patterns with local storage technologies such as SQLite or Hive, ensuring the app functions reliably in the field regardless of connectivityWriting clean, maintainable, and testable code following feature-first architecture principles, and contributing to unit, widget, and integration test coverage using tools such as MockitoSupporting full Arabic (RTL) and English localisation across the app, ensuring the platform is accessible and intuitive for all users in the regionActively participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvementManaging CI/CD pipelines and supporting the end-to-end delivery of production features to the App Store and Google Play Store, maintaining high standards of quality and performance throughoutYour ProfileWe are looking for a motivated and experienced mobile developer who brings both technical depth and a collaborative mindset to the team.4+ years of hands-on experience developing production Flutter/Dart applications, with at least one published app on the App Store and/or Google Play Store demonstrating real-world delivery capabilityStrong proficiency in REST API integration using Dio or http, and experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, Provider, or Bloc, as well as navigation and routing using go_routerSolid experience with platform services including camera, GPS/location, and local storage, combined with a strong understanding of offline-first architecture patterns, secure storage, and auth token managementProven experience with Git workflows including feature branching and pull requests, unit and widget testing (Mockito), performance profiling, and a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative team environmentExperience or familiarity with IoT platforms such as Cumulocity, ThingsBoard, or AWS IoT, and/or maps integrations such as Google Maps, Mapbox, or FlutterMap is a strong advantageExposure to Firebase services including push notifications, Crashlytics, and analytics, along with experience supporting Arabic/RTL layouts and a familiarity with MQTT or WebSockets for real-time data, is highly desirableA collaborative approach to engineering with demonstrable experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing beyond solo development to shared codebases, design systems, and reusable component librariesWhat You'll Love About Working HereCareer acceleration programs — From associate to leaders and beyond, get support in your career at every stage with award-winning programs such as our leadership development program, Connected Manager, to accelerate your growth and develop your expertise.Three Horizon Roadmap — Capgemini pioneers the dynamic landscape of innovation thanks to its "Three Horizon" framework, covering the entire journey of the innovation cycle and helping clients to unleash their R&D potential.Well-being Hub — The global Well-Being Hub connects employees across various facets of well-being: work-life balance, working hours and network growth.Engineering Horizons — A global conference crafted exclusively for Capgemini Engineering colleagues, where excellence takes center stage.
