FM Program Manager - Al Baha

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement facility management programs aligned with business goals and budgets.Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.Manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality service and cost-efficiency.Prepare and manage the facility management budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.Lead and manage facility projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.Manage and develop the facility management team for high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience (7+ years) in facility management or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent project management abilities, with experience in overseeing complex projects.
