FMCG Production Scheduler

Shift - Panama Day Shift 06:00-18:00We’re looking for a Production Scheduler who loves bringing order, calm and great teamwork to our bustling bakery. You’ll help shape each day’s plan, working closely with our brilliant people across Production, Supply Chain and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From new launches to seasonal peaks, you’ll play a big part in helping us make delicious food with as little waste as possible.What you will be DOING?Daily planning of Production using MRP systemSupport the business with key KPI’s driven by Planning – Service and Finished Goods WasteWorking with Production daily to understand constraints that may affect the planSupport the NPD process for planning in trials and launchesManage delisting products to ensure minimal waste and impact to Production during the phase out stageEnsure forecasts are updated in the system to aid ProcurementMonitor and flag any significant volume changes based on CF to the wider businessSupport daily meetingsProduce daily reports to support the businessLiaise with customers over upcoming Promotional activity, seasonal ordering variations such as Easter or volume changes as examplesWork with Logistics to support decisions around daily outloads and what is required from the schedule for that day’s deliveries as requiredSupport the Supply Chain Manager with information around volumes and future planning as requiredSupport your other team members with projects and workload as it is requiredWhat SKILLS do you need to have?Experience in a fresh FMCG environment would be beneficialUse of ERP/MRP systems would be advantageousExperience of short dated stock management and planning end to manufacturing in a food environmentAble to work as part of a team as well as autonomously on their ownAssertive, optimistic, resilient and welcomes changeEngages interest and participation of othersProactively contributes to the teamIs self-aware and has a collaborative approach to working with othersSelf-motivated and able to work under pressureGood knowledge of MS office suiteGood level of oral and verbal communication skillsWhat will HIGGIDY do for you?Delicious complementary Higgidy foodCompetitive holiday entitlement with the potential to buy/sell extra holiday daysEnhanced Maternity & Paternity leaveAn array of discounts and benefits through the Perkbox platformA volunteer day to support a charity or cause you're passionate about through a dedicated day away from workAccess to exciting company events, including our annual Higgidy Picnic!
