Employment Type: Full-timeReports to: Founder / Business HeadAbout MOSHA HealthMOSHA Health is building a new generation of habit-forming food & beverage products for gut health, combining modern nutrition science with functional ingredients and India’s rich heritage of botanicals.We are looking for an experienced FMCG Vendor Management & Supply Chain professional who can take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain — from sourcing raw materials and managing manufacturing partners to quality control, finished goods, inventory and dispatch.This is a highly hands-on role in an early-stage company.

We are looking for someone who can build and manage the supply chain, not just coordinate it.The RoleYou will own the day-to-day management of MOSHA's manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem.This includes:Raw Material Procurement → Vendor Management → Manufacturing → Quality Control → Packaging → Finished Goods → Inventory → Dispatch → LogisticsYou will work closely with third-party manufacturers, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure that products are manufactured on time, at the right quality and at the right cost.Key Responsibilities1. Third-Party Manufacturing ManagementIdentify, evaluate and onboard third-party manufacturers and co-manufacturersManage ongoing relationships with manufacturing partnersCoordinate production planning and manufacturing schedulesEnsure production happens as per agreed specifications, quantities, timelines and costsCoordinate manufacturing trials, new product development and scale-upTrack production batches and ensure timely completionResolve manufacturing issues, delays, shortages and other operational bottlenecksNegotiate manufacturing terms, MOQs, lead times and commercial terms2. Raw Material ProcurementManage sourcing and procurement of raw materials and ingredientsIdentify and develop reliable raw material suppliersObtain quotations and negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and lead timesTrack raw material availability and ensure timely procurement for productionMaintain alternate / backup vendors for critical ingredientsMonitor raw material price movements and identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure raw materials meet approved specifications and quality requirements3. Quality Control & Quality AssuranceWork closely with manufacturers and QC teams to ensure adherence to product specificationsEstablish and monitor quality processes at third-party manufacturing facilitiesEnsure incoming raw materials are tested / approved as requiredCoordinate finished product testing and releaseReview COAs, test reports and other quality documentationCoordinate microbial, heavy metal and other required testingInvestigate quality deviations, batch failures, customer complaints and manufacturing issuesDrive corrective and preventive actions with vendorsConduct / coordinate vendor and manufacturing facility audits where requiredEnsure consistent quality across production batches4. Packaging & Ancillary ProcurementManage sourcing and procurement of packaging materials including pouches, bottles, cartons, labels, etc.Coordinate packaging development and approvalsEnsure packaging materials are available ahead of productionManage packaging vendors and negotiate commercial termsCoordinate artwork / specification changes with relevant vendors and manufacturersMonitor packaging inventory and avoid production delays due to shortages5. Inventory & Supply PlanningMaintain visibility on raw material, packaging and finished goods inventoryPlan procurement based on sales forecasts and production requirementsMaintain appropriate inventory levels while minimising excess inventoryTrack inventory ageing, expiry and batch-wise stockIdentify potential stock-outs well in advanceCoordinate production planning based on inventory and demandMaintain accurate supply chain records and MIS6. Dispatch & LogisticsCoordinate finished goods dispatch from manufacturing facilities / warehousesManage logistics partners and transportersEnsure orders are dispatched on time and reach the required destinationTrack shipments and resolve delivery issuesCoordinate with warehouses, marketplaces / distributors / D2C operations as requiredMonitor freight costs and identify opportunities for optimisationMaintain dispatch and logistics documentation7. Vendor Management & NegotiationBuild strong relationships with manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging vendors and logistics partnersNegotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times and other commercial termsContinuously evaluate vendor performance on cost, quality, service and timelinesDevelop alternate vendors to reduce supply riskMaintain a structured vendor database and performance trackerEnsure vendors meet agreed SLAs and specificationsEscalate and resolve recurring vendor issues8.
