Food & Beverage Manager

Job Descriptions:Support the goals of the Executive Manager through diligent and proactive management of F&B operations at signature restaurantOversee day-to-day operation by working with Team Members in service and food and beverage preparation to formulate new promotional ideas that would impact the revenues and profitability of the outletControl and analyze on an on-going basis for guest satisfaction; merchandising and marketing; operating costs; sanitation, cleanliness and hygieneAct immediately on all customer complaints to ensure quick and efficient resolution and achieve guest satisfactionPosition Requirements:At least 5 years of managerial level of related experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurantsKnowledge of Asian and Western cuisines and beveragesKnowledge in Forbes standard is preferredFluent in verbal and written communications in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
