We are looking for an experienced F&B professional who can coordinate teams, maintain service standards, and contribute to smooth daily operations.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B activities, support service teams, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure consistent operational and hospitality standards.This part-time opportunity is suited to a service-oriented professional who can coordinate staff, assist with scheduling and training, monitor inventory and service quality, and work closely with management and other operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily food and beverage operations and ensure smooth service delivery.Supervise and support servers, hosts, bartenders, runners, and other F&B personnel.Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate reservations, VIP requirements, promotions, and operational priorities.Monitor service quality, order accuracy, food and beverage presentation, timing, and guest experience.Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for operations.Handle guest questions, feedback, complaints, special requests, and service recovery professionally.Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, events, procurement, housekeeping, and management teams.Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.Monitor inventory, stock usage, wastage, replenishment, and availability of food and beverage supplies.Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Coordinate special events, private functions, VIP experiences, promotions, and hospitality activities.Maintain accurate shift reports, inventory records, incident reports, staff information, and operational documentation.Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, workplace safety, and internal hospitality procedures.Support menu launches, seasonal promotions, service improvements, and guest-experience initiatives.Prepare operational updates and performance feedback for management.Identify recurring service issues and recommend practical improvements to processes and team performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, hotel hospitality, banquet service, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.Previous experience supervising or coordinating food and beverage service teams.Strong understanding of hospitality service standards, guest relations, and F&B operations.Excellent leadership, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Professional, reliable, proactive, and guest-focused approach.Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, wastage reduction, and basic cost management.Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, inventory software, or hospitality-management systems.Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety requirements.Ability to coach and motivate employees while maintaining high service standards.Hospitality, F&B, food-safety, or supervisory certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours with a remote-friendly administrative and coordination arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunity to support professional food and beverage and hospitality operations.Exposure to guest relations, team supervision, inventory management, events, service quality, and operational improvement.Professional development opportunities and continuous hospitality leadership training.A collaborative, guest-focused environment where service excellence, teamwork, quality, and operational efficiency are highly valued.
