We are looking for a dependable F&B professional who can supervise daily operations while maintaining excellent service and operational standards.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations, coordinate service teams, support guest satisfaction, monitor service standards, and assist management with efficient outlet performance.The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily food and beverage operations across assigned outlets and service areas.Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, breaks, and daily operational activities.Lead and motivate F&B team members to deliver consistent, professional guest service.Welcome guests, monitor service quality, and ensure customer requests are handled promptly.Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, reservations, promotions, and operational updates.Ensure food and beverage service follows established quality, presentation, hygiene, and hospitality standards.Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, front office, events, purchasing, and other departments.Monitor tables, service stations, equipment, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.Check food and beverage availability and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, wastage, damaged items, or discrepancies.Assist with inventory counts and ensure appropriate stock-control procedures are followed.Support cost-control initiatives and help minimize unnecessary waste and operational losses.Monitor sales, guest feedback, service times, covers, and other relevant operational KPIs.Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash-handling controls, and end-of-shift reconciliation where applicable.Ensure menus, pricing information, promotional materials, and service procedures are accurate and up to date.Support special events, private functions, banquets, corporate gatherings, and VIP guest arrangements.Train and coach employees on service standards, product knowledge, hygiene, safety, and company procedures.Observe staff performance and provide constructive feedback to team members and management.Maintain accurate shift reports, incident records, stock documentation, and operational checklists.Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate serious or sensitive issues to management.Ensure food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and responsible service procedures are followed.Monitor equipment and facilities and report maintenance issues promptly.Assist management with outlet planning, service improvements, promotions, and operational projects.Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, communication, and workplace conduct.Protect guest information, company records, financial information, and confidential business data.Follow company policies, hospitality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant supervision, hotel F&B, catering, or hospitality is preferred.Strong understanding of F&B service procedures, guest relations, inventory control, and outlet operations.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, French, Mandarin, or Russian are advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused, professional, energetic, and hands-on approach.Ability to supervise teams and remain calm in busy or high-pressure environments.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and hospitality standards.Experience with POS systems, restaurant-management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.Understanding of basic F&B costing, stock control, sales reporting, and operational KPIs is advantageous.UAE or GCC hospitality experience is advantageous.Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, cafés, lounges, catering, banquets, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.Food-safety,
