We’re Hiring – Join Our Food & Beverage TeamLocated on the private island of Cavallo, in the heart of the Lavezzi Archipelago between Corsica and Sardinia, Hôtel & Spa des Pêcheurs is a 4-star boutique resort offering an exclusive hospitality experience surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and unspoilt nature.For the upcoming 2027 season, we are looking for professionals to join our Food & Beverage team.FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGERThe Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the F&B department, working closely with the Management, Executive Chef and Maître d’Hôtel.Main responsibilities:managing F&B stocks, inventories and storage areas;managing orders and coordinating with suppliers selected by the Management;monitoring food cost and analysing menu costs;working with the Chef and Maître d’Hôtel on menu optimisation and the implementation of corrective actions where required;monitoring purchasing, stock levels and consumption;supporting the control of the department’s main financial and operational indicators.Fluent in French, English and ItalianWe are looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented and autonomous professional with previous experience in a similar position, preferably within upscale luxury hospitality or a seasonal resort environment.RESTAURANT HOSTESSThe Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and assisting our guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner services, while supporting the smooth organisation of restaurant operations.Main responsibilities:welcoming and assisting guests;managing restaurant reservations;coordinating reservation times and table allocation with the Maître d’Hôtel and kitchen team;managing guest flows during service;handling the restaurant cash desk;checking guest bills, payments and daily cash reconciliation;Fluent in French, English and Italian.We are looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine guest-oriented approach.
