Food And Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on F&B Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day café and restaurant operations.*Key Responsibilities:* Support and manage daily F&B operations across the outlets.* Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.* Conduct regular outlet visits and follow up on operational requirements.* Monitor service standards, product quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.* Support outlet managers and teams in resolving daily operational challenges.* Assist with reports, schedules, stock control, purchasing, and operational follow-ups.* Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.* Take initiative, solve problems, and support continuous operational improvement.*Requirements:* Previous F&B experience in the UAE.* Experience working in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.* Hands-on, flexible, and willing to learn and grow within the company.* Ability to multitask and work closely with different departments.* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and ambitious who wants to build a long-term career in F&B operations.
